The largest multi-trade competition in the country returns this year, covering 10 trades including floor and wall tiling.
Organised by the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) and supported by BAL, the competition sees students compete in Regional heats across the country, with regional winners going on to compete in the Skillbuild National Finals.
Competitors are judged on their tiling techniques and ability over a three event, with the national winners going on the International Shortlist for the chance to compete for their country at the WorldSkills competition held every year.
Registration for this year’s competition will be open from 1 February to 11 March 2016 via the SkillBuild website.
