The warranty is valid when using any BAL product – excluding products used in external locations, such as balconies or patios, or for incorrect use/poor workmanship.
It covers material replacement and labour costs, and products must be used in accordance with our instructions and Technical Data Sheets.

This Warranty applies to BAL, ARDEX, Gutjahr, Wakol, Loba, wedi or Knopp products whether used individually or in combination provided they are used in accordance with the relevant product datasheets and the warranty terms and conditions below.
This Warranty applies only to Products purchased and used in the UK and Ireland directly from one of the Brands or a Brand authorised stockist.
