Adam Willmott has extensive experience in the tiling industry. From starting as an apprentice wall and floor tiler in 1982 through to joining ARDEX UK as a Business Development Manager, he has made a success of all the projects he’s been involved with. During his time as a wall and floor tiler, he worked on several London Underground projects which include Piccadilly Circus where he teamed up with his Father and Brother on this award-winning project. After spending 13 years managing a tile contracting company, he joined the ARDEX Group in 2014 as a Business Development Manager. Since then, he has been working closely with architects, specifiers and contractors, as well as complementary manufacturers, to specify the best materials for the projects he’s been involved with.

Mark has 14 years experience selling sanitary ware and ceramic and porcelain tiles to the retail industry, working with Property Developers, Main Contractors and Tiling Contractors. Mark has worked on specifications with Interior Designers and Architects, on projects such as Kellogg Tower, Barnes Village, Brent House, Crown Plaza and Sutton Point.

Working throughout the Midlands and Northern Ireland dealing with Architects, Local Authorities, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors, Julian started a specification at ARDEX for 6 years being heavily involved in the McDonald’s national refurbishment contract. He then moved back into sales for a commercial soft flooring manufacturer for nearly 10 years with the aim to set up a specification team that sadly did not materialise. Julian re-joined ARDEX UK this year as part of the Business Development Team, saying it was fantastic to be back with a company that really are seen as quality solution providers throughout the flooring, tiling and construction industry.

Experienced construction industry professional with more than 10 years experience in sales and project management. Kyle has a history of working within the construction industry and is perfectly placed to support you with your project.

Experienced Sales Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Sketching, Prezi, and Adobe Photoshop and can support you with your construction project from design to build.

Ross has extensive experience in the tiling industry, working for many years with a leading tile retailer as Contracts Manager before joining the ARDEX Group as a Business Development Manager.

Nick Harman has more than 25 years experience in construction sales and specification, working with contractors, sub-contractors and distribution partners on major project throughout the home counties.

Joined BAL in 2024; extensive tiling and flooring industry experience (Headlam, Nicholls & Clarke, CTD Tiles).

Matty has had previous experience in the tiling industry – working with a prominent tile adhesive manufacturer in the Midlands before joining BAL.

Keiron joined BAL more than 15 years ago. He previously worked in the tile retail sector for more than 25 years.

Geoff joined BAL in 2017 after working as a tiler for many years in his family tiling business. Originally from Sheffield, Geoff took over his fathers tiling business Cavell Tiling in Worksop after beginning as an apprentice.

Allan has extensive experience working with fixers, contractors, architects, designers, local authorities and flooring contractors on high value commercial and domestic projects. Highly experienced, he has worked in the tiling sector for more than 10 years.

An experience tiler with nearly 20 years’ experience, Andrew was awarded Tile Fixer of the Year 2015 by The Tile Association. Qualified to NVQ Level 2 from Lambeth College, he started his career a Moderna before joining Wilson & Wylie Contracts Ltd and then Storford Tiling and Marble. He founded Woodford Tiling in 2016.

Carl joined BAL from a large tiling distributor in East Anglia working with tradesman on all aspects of tiles and tiling. He has worked in the tiling industry throughout his career.

Chris joined BAL in 2022. Previously he worked as an Area Development for Würth UK – working closely with installers, contractors and distributors in tools and fixings.
